Primordial Body Retreat is a sacred offering for those longing to deepen intimacy with their Body and Earth as the living organism in its wholeness.

It is a place to rest into a deep presence and connect to your inherent inner wisdom.

It is an invitation to explore the sensual tissues of pain, pleasure, and belonging.

It is a potent way to expand the breath, body, and bones into the mountains, waters, and stones. 

It is a calling to show up authentically and declare yourself welcome.

With the invitation to stay on the land to bathe in the Cornish rainforest, nourishing food, intimate connections, workshops, and ceremonies, this retreat will offer 1:1 Elemental Body Tattoo sessions which combines ceremonial skin marking and embodiment practices in co-creation with the land. These rituals are an invitation to delve deeper into the themes being explored in the group workshops and receiving an experience targeted at specific needs, calling you home for the sensual aliveness in your bones. 

We gather from the 10th - 13th of October to dive deep together into various practices such as:

About the journey:

We will dive into intimacy with the SELF, connecting to the landscape of our own body, establishing a somatic base before expanding to work intimately with anOTHER body. We will explore the tender realm of touch in a container of teachings and practising relational safety through Wheel of Consent structures. Developing a connection to LAND by witnessing earth as a living organism, exploring intimacy with movement through the elements, and devotionally honouring the body as one with SPIRIT.

• Evening: Desire & Pleasure workshop

Day 2: OTHER

• Early morning: 1:1 Session Slot
• Late morning: Consent & Boundaries workshop

• Evening: Voice Activation

About the 1:1 Sessions:

Elemental Body is a somatic tattoo exchange between the receiver & the giver engulfed within nature where a sacred container is held between the practitioner and the earth. 
 

Becoming immersed in the wild landscape of the earth body while witnessing the senses in tune with rhythms of nature and exploring the indivisibility of self from nature.
 

In co-creative partnership with the expansive manifestations of the four elements, the client is invited to delve into the landscape of their body 

— skin, tissues, and bones — 

as they are guided into the living bodies of the land 

— mountains, waters, and stones —

Tickets are £350

This includes:

• 3 nights  4 days accommodation in a cozy cabin in the middle of the forest
• access to the private land (waterfall, slate quarr, rainforest etc.)
• catered organic meals 3 times a day
• all workshops and group activities
