Join us for this half day workshop to rekindle our inner fire, gently emerging from the sweet embrace of darkness to the new cycle of light and life that awaits.

Working with meditation, mantra, movement, poetry, journalling and more, we courageously offer our hearts to the alchemical fires of our generative energy to release the old, welcome the present, and shape what’s to come.

Imbolc is a time associated with Goddess Brigid, bringer of light, fire, fertility, healing, poetry and protection. These gifts support us in the metamorphosis from seed to stem, bringing the fire, nourishment and holding required to transform from a place of visioning and incubating to a time of creativity and growth.

Drawing on a 5-minute meditation from the inspiring Sophia Ansari that has taken on a life of its own in my own practice and offerings.

𝘽𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜: compassionately exploring what has brought us to where we are now. Leaning into the past as the foundations and fertiliser of where we are now. Moving beyond our self-story into the simple yet profound power, wisdom and healing of presence.

𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜: through the galvanising power of our values and our spirit, what gifts do we have to bring out into the world? Recognising that we do not have to ‘save’ the world or anyone else, but only find what is truly ours to offer. Where are we headed? Who are we becoming? What metamorphoses are in motion and how can we nourish them? Letting go of the destination. Trusting the unfolding. Welcoming the mystery.

𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜: connecting to self, others, nature and spirit. Deepening our sense of community through listening in. Knowing that we have a place in the family of things. Allowing our bodies to both love and be loved. Finding awe in the every day. Sinking into the group container, our own hearts and the natural world to find that we can be seen, supported and celebrated.

As always, Megan’s workshop was pure magic. It was a beautiful combination of reflecting, exploring, dancing with what is present and resting. A perfect afternoon for resetting and connecting with other people in the community. Megan holds the space for you to be truly present and authentic. The only down side is it’s not long enough!

This retreat was more than I ever imagined it could be. I felt I touched my core, remembered who I really was and what was important in life. Megan is a very powerful and sensitive woman who has used her own life journey, years of experience as a clinical psychologist treating deeply traumatised patients along with her extensive knowledge of yoga to create this retreat. She has woven her knowledge, beliefs, heartfelt desires and dreams into an intricate web which she conveys very concisely from her heart to the group. She holds every single person with her seemingly tireless attention and weaves them together to love and hold each other, giving the group hope in our increasingly dark world. She encourages you to remember the positive and work with the negative. The eco retreat itself is beautiful and well tucked away, the food was amazing and I emerged a more whole and joyful person.

I was so impressed by Megan's facilitating and vulnerability. I'm really taking away the importance of sisterhood and connection, this week has been so important in beginning to heal my relationship towards and with other women. The connection with my yoni is so much stronger, I feel like it's the first time I've really listened to and honoured her, which has brought up a lot, but feels like a significant and useful shift. Also the caring and nurturing aspect of the group, the practices and the food has been so important, it's made me want to nurture and look after myself more since the retreat. It was such a beautiful and magical week. I'm so so grateful.

There are so many things to say about this retreat, it operates on so many levels – but it's one word, transformative, that runs through my thoughts. It allows time and space, to think about yourself as a woman, what that really means, what influences your behaviour, how to free yourself from limiting beliefs. To connect to yourself physically, through yoga, through touch and sound and movement, and to the group, through learning and sharing, being in a beautiful space eating delicious food, having loads of fun – it's all amazingly transformative, it changes how you think. Megan creates a space that feels so safe you can allow yourself acts of freedom, to see what could transform, to commit a radical act of being. The experience of living in a community of women seeking knowledge, all on different paths, is an experience so rare as an adult woman, so magical in itself, that you should grab it with both hands. I wish I'd experienced this retreat as a young woman too, it would have transformed my life sooner. You could find a seed here; a kernel of knowledge to enable you to pass from one state to another, perhaps to begin to realize yourself as part of a wider whole. None of it is easy; but just to be, to feel at home in a safe group of women, who will listen to you and tell you of their own experiences, opens up your mind like a flower. It makes you feel less alone, less small, more powerful as a woman; and who doesn't need that in this world?

This was the most amazing experience, if you’re looking for change or maybe a new direction in life, or you just want to connect with other women. Then this is an amazing opportunity to experience Mother Nature at its best. Megan is truly an inspiring woman. I felt extremely comfortable and was made to feel most welcome in our group of Women. I didn’t know anyone before attending. As I left, it truly feels like I have made a new group of strong friends . Don’t hesitate to book onto any of Megan’s retreats. She’s definitely a bright 🌟 in my life now.
