Treat yourself this November to a morning of connection and yoga. Hannah will begin by leading a playful practice exploring balance and harmony, reflecting the balance of the sun & moon in Autumn. Feel grounded working with the root (muladhara) chakra & joy through connecting to the sacral chakra. Rebalance and reset the nervous system using your breath, guided movement and meditation. Following this 60 minute practice, we will gather as a group to enjoy some nutritionally rich, delicious homemade food.


Brunch includes:

Banana pancakes served with berries, yoghurt, nuts and cinnamon

Shakshuka baked beans with roasted pumpkin

Sourdough bread

Fresh beetroot, apple & ginger juice
