We will meet on January 5th, the closest Sunday to the New Moon.
Please bring a journal and a pen as we will be creating intentions for the upcoming New Year and moon cycle.
Starting with a sharing circle to connect and listen to each other experiences in the first half an hour we will then move to one hour practice of harmonious
blend of softly flowing heart opening asanas, rhythmic breathing and dance embodying insights drawn from Shakti Dance, Qi Gong, Yoni Shakti, Kundalini Yoga
and Tao practices.

Pregnant ladies are welcome from 14 weeks.
