Voice Liberation Circle with Natty 💜

Gorgeous gals!

I'm so excited to start offering monthly Voice Liberation circles at my house in Frome!

I’ll be using a variety of exercises to free up your beautiful, unique, god-given voices! There will be group singing, solo singing,

AND (!!!!!)…..

I’ll be combining coaching techniques to work through old limiting stories that prevent us from fully expressing ourselves!!

We’ll explore interactive exercises, pair work and role play where we OWN our YES’s and our NO’s — and practise sitting in the disappointment of the other.

I believe true freedom comes when we can be totally OK with the disapproval of another…

…because deep in our being, we know, trust and believe how worthy and magnificent we are.

My desire is that after the workshop, you’ll walk away believing it is SAFE to use your voice and SAFE to speak your truth….And that you’ll be so unbelievably impressed, proud and in awe of yourself and your self-expression in all its forms.

My desire is that you’ll feel freer, more confident and more LIBERATED in your life and relationships.

And it’ll all be done in a circle of wonderful women supporting each other, egging each other on - yayyy!
