This is a beautiful meditation to connect with our intimate sexual parts and honours ourselves. This process is very useful for those who have been victim of sexual abuse, to heal trauma from previous deliveries, to help with postpartum sexuality or any issue with sexuality.

This is also useful for men to address their relationship their Divine Masculine, and issues with circumcision.
