We are excited to offer a monthly integration circle exclusively for our members which will be led by facilitators Ashleigh Murphy-Beiner, Michelle Baker-Jones and Natasha Moscovici. Experienced in offering psychedelic integration support, Michelle and Ashleigh were both guides in the Imperial College London psilocybin for depression clinical trials. As part of their work on the trials, they guided psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions and supported people to integrate their experiences in the days, weeks and months after.

Psychedelics are powerful tools that can offer profound insight and lead to transformation. However, without proper integration which supports us to make sense of those insights or translate them into actions, it can be unclear how to bring the insights back into our everyday lives. Some psychedelic experiences are also very challenging, leaving us feeling fragile, confused or overwhelmed. Sharing all of these experiences and having others hear and understand them, can be an important part of the integration process.

With psychedelics becoming more mainstream, we feel it is essential to create community spaces where we can support each other to make sense of our psychedelic experiences. With the guidance of our facilitators, the circle will offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where open conversations can happen, so we can learn from our experiences and support each other to develop, heal and grow.

We hope that you will join us for this intimate monthly event, to be held on the second Tuesday of each month. This integration circle will be offered exclusively to our members as a thank you for your dedication to our mission to improve education about psychedelics.

FACILITATORS

Ashleigh Murphy Beiner

Ashleigh Murphy Beiner is a mindfulness meditation teacher, who recently worked as an assistant psychologist for the Psilocybin for Depression clinical trial at Imperial College London. In this, she both guided participants through their psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy treatment and led mindfulness sessions to support participants’ longer-term integration. Ashleigh has also worked with ayahuasca supporting people’s preparation and integration in Peru, and has published research on the therapeutic potential of ayahuasca for treating depression and anxiety. Ashleigh has completed training in embodied therapeutic practices and is interested in the interdisciplinary application of psychology, science and embodied approaches to the therapeutic use of psychedelics.

Michelle Baker-Jones

Michelle Baker-Jones is a member of the Psychedelic Research Team at Imperial College London, currently conducting research that compares psilocybin and antidepressants as a form of depression treatment. She is an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor offering individual psychedelic integration for people who are struggling to process psychedelic experiences. She also co-facilitates a monthly psychedelic integration group, which she founded alongside Dr Rosalind Watts who led the trial with psilocybin at Imperial. Excitingly, Michelle will be taking on the role of lead therapist in these studies in the new proof-of-concept trials for DMT as a rapid onset sustained treatment for various mental health disorders, developed by Small Pharma. Her talk at Breaking Convention 2019, alongside Greg Donaldson, about psychedelic therapy through archetypal lenses can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKZywjeXKQc

Natasha Moscovici

Natasha is an Integrative Transpersonal Therapist in private practice with a background that includes working with drug users in a harm reduction setting, and with asylum seekers and refugees. She has a particular interest in trauma, how we are shaped by our childhoods, shadow work, and the therapeutic use of psychedelics. Tasha is passionate about self-compassion, love of the truth, and how to be truly and fully ourselves in this world.
