Karezza Temple

Welcome to the Karezza Temple,

                                                                                        We are very glad to be sharing this precious practice with you. Karezza is a practice of being totally present in the moment to deepen the emotional and sexual connection between lovers. ⁠ Karezza is about ecstatic exchanges through caressing and embracing, rather than penetration. Karezza creates loving connection, encouraging couples/lovers to take longer and longer time in caressing, touching, kissing, cradling, eye gazing, breathing together and snuggling with each other. These actions stimulate the production of oxytocin, the bonding and love hormone. Karezza is the practice of deepening into the sensations of the moment, rather than trying to get somewhere.  It is exploring other forms of pleasure beyond goal driven orgasm, removing the goalpost, so that you are free to just focus on the sensations without any concern about what they're "building up" to. When eros becomes about the journey, and not the destination, space is given to really enjoy and soaking up each sensation for what it is, without becoming anxious about where it is leading. 

We will be sloooowing doooown. Giving our body and brains time to process the experience of each sensation, allowing ourselves to feel more, savour more of the sights, sounds, smells, tastes and touches so we can take time to experience and enhance every single bit of pleasure. Slowing down allows you to relax, which is key in opening up pleasure spots, increasing both frequency and intensity of orgasmic experience. This creates a feeling of connection and closeness, of 'dropping in'... being completely in union with a partner/s, or experiencing the same frequency together.

 This temple will be focusing on bonding-based intimate connection through ecstatic exchanges, rather than excitement led, mating-based attraction & meetings. Mating-based Eros tends to lead us through highs and lows, creating a hunger for more and more sex and touch. Karezza will help us to relax into safety, comfort, and a deeper intimate love connection, whether it is for the first time, or with you known partner/s.

The first half will offer conscious practises and meditations in ways to connect with each other. The second half will be a ‘slow exploration’ of free play and meeting, within different sensual, sensitive areas of the Temple, held in a ritual setting.

This Temple for couples and singles. A certain level of Temple experience, awareness, openness and willingness to explore is essential for your own self-care and also the synergy of the group. We invite you to come, just as you are and feel. We know that being in these environments can bring up a lot of emotions. This is a safe space to welcome them and work with them in an embodied, held and ritual temple space. The evening will be held throughout.

All genders are welcome, as are singles, friends, and couples (of all combinations). 

FOR COUPLES: Please make your agreements together before you arrive. If you want to come along with your partner, and play with them exclusively, that’s completely fine.

This is a non-genital to genital penetration space.

Temple is a sober space.

Things to bring:

An offering/flower for the temple shrine
A yoga/camping/roll matt if you have one
One or two pillows
Something tasty and delicious to share with the group for snack during the day.
We will provide herbal teas and a fruit platter.
Bring a couple of sarongs or a bedsheet to lay on and make yourself comfortable - especially if using oils etc

Cancellation:

We have a no refund policy for the Temple. However, you are welcome to sell your ticket on to a friend. If you do so, please do let us know and send us their email so we can give the info about the temple.
