Dav Dau and fellow retired healthcare professional Lorraine England bring you a unique, never to be repeated workshop! They drawing together years of transformative practices that transcend physical, mental, and emotional boundaries by harnessing the science of the breath, touch and sound. You can expect biodynamic  breathwork, soft tissue manipulation with trauma release, tuning folks, drumming and Tibetan sound bowl healing.

While Breathwork stands as a potent healing modality in its own right, the synergy achieved by combining it with conscious touch and sound therapy unlocks even more profound layers of healing and transformation. In fact, in the realm of holistic healing, the significance of touch and sound cannot be overstated. The power of conscious touch, bodywork, and soft-tissue manipulation goes beyond the physical; it delves into the intricate layers of trauma release and energy flow within the human body. Sound vibration has a powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state.

Friday marks the Celtic (Samhain) and Indian (Diwali) new year and aligns with the New Moon in Scorpio, it is believed that the veil between the physical world and the spiritual world is at its thinnest. Scorpio season teaches us how to become our own shaman, alchemist and healer as we explore the innermost layers of our beings. Not surprisingly, the new Moon in Scorpio is one of the most powerful Moons of the year and brings intensity, magic and the capacity to transform our shadows into light. This new Moon, more than others, opens a doorway to the subconscious, allowing us to see energies normally hidden. In viewing these vibrations honestly, we can understand where our blocks may be hiding. We also see, feel, and embrace our true desires, the ones we may not even feel comfortable admitting. It is a time to own them without shame.
