An evening of interoception as we slowly transition in autumn.

Luminosity Collective warmly invite you to slow down and connect to your inner felt sense. We are a collective of Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) facilitators, fully qualified by Seven Directions Breathwork training school. We come together to merge and create a space to support you while you explore your inner work. By connecting to our breath and being fully present we can learn to sit with our emotions and build resilience, supporting us to integrate old stories and traumas. The slower and gentler we are with our bodies, the deeper the trust and learning. Whether you are new to breathwork or experienced, please know every part of you , shadow and light is welcome and accepted.

Waiver.


I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to:

Schizophrenia, 

unmedicated bipolar or psychosis,

 unmanaged PTSD,

 epilepsy or seizures,

 heart conditions or arrhythmia,

 COPD or pre-existing lung conditions,

 delicate and/or first trimester pregnancy,

 high blood pressure, very low blood pressure with fainting history,

 severe asthma,

glaucoma and/or detached retina,

 severe osteoporosis, or recent major surgery,

 that I must inform the facilitator of this session.

In any of these cases, modified practice options may be offered to you. 

The facilitator may  advise that breathwork is not suitable for you. 

 I accept responsibility for any consequence resulting from this practice. Your practitioner cat sawyer, Integrative Breath & SevenDirections® Breathwork are not substitutes for consulting your GP or primary medical careprovider .In the event of any known medical conditions, I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental or emotional) that could interfere with my judgment or affect my health in any way during, or after the session.



These emails are sent out prior to the session to give space to share anything you think i should know about you . I  only ask you to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. 





Please let me know if you can be sensitive to louder noises, and smells (in-person session only) or can be triggered by certain words. Breathwork can bring up memories or emotions that aren’t yet integrated so if you think there’s anything else you’d like to tell me about yourself, i can create our session with sensitivity and can extend the integration period at the end of the session if you feel you’d like additional support.
