Welcoming for the first time to Pollen Tribe the epic FULMOONJELLI who will be opening the night for us. We’re excited about this unique artist bringing his mixes to us, which sound right up our alley - he describes his sets as: ‘the jellyness - music that swings like a jellyfish, never square..’

FUNDRAISER:

Hum of the Hive is a fundraiser event to support “Billions of Bees” - a new initiative, supported by Pollen Tribe, that intends to further cross pollinate the world of art, and education with eco earth repair action. We are currently applying for lottery funding to support the vision!

So far through this initiative we have distributed 2000+ packets of nectar flower seeds, to the sound of reggae, dub & carnival music, with help of The Pollen Trike, Honeyflower Soundsystem, and a crew of costumed dancing merry makers. We aim to continue & develop & grow this idea, and always appreciate any constructive ideas, or offers of support!

Give thanks for the donations at the last event - another 20kg of seeds & envelopes ordered ;)

In the spirit of ‘Billions of Bees’ we welcome our cafe hosts for this season: The Humble Mushroom. Any funds raised from this cafe space are in direct support of a wonderful local community garden initiative: ‘Cobberton Gardens’ where an old disused scrap site, has been reclaimed by nature loving people, and is being transformed into a magical hidden world of creativity and learning.
