Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is an ancient pagan festival celebrated on August 1st, marking the first harvest of the year. Lammas is deeply connected to nature and the agricultural cycle, reflecting the seasonal shift from growth to harvest. As one of the eight festivals in the Wheel of the Year, Lammas signifies a period of reflection, gratitude, and preparation for the coming autumn and winter, embodying the cyclical nature of life and the earth's rhythms.

In this 60-minute workshop, we will explore the themes of Lammas through various therapeutic and creative activities, fostering a deep connection with ourselves and the natural cycles around us. Participants will celebrate the harvest of seeds laid down in spring, acknowledging the hard work and growth that has brought us to this moment. This reflection will be coupled with an exploration of the present abundance in our lives, fostering gratitude and appreciation. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your personal journey, recognise the challenges faced, and identify seeds of potential within you. By participating, you will honour the seasonal shift marked by Lammas, align with the rhythms of nature, and set new intentions for future abundance, acknowledging both difficulties and possibilities.
