Women’s Community Gathering
 

Join us at Chariclo Farmhouse on Sunday, September 14th, for our monthly women's circle.

Moon Circles is a monthly event, offering you the chance to connect with women in the community whilst taking time to immerse yourself in a restorative, relaxing environment. We gather to connect, uplift and support each other as we journey through mindful practices of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Somatic Movement and Gong Sound Healing.

Women’s Gatherings are an ancient tradition and an important ritual for us to connect to others, to the land, the seasons and the cycles. It’s a chance to connect deeper with the earth, with our beautiful bodies, as well as with like-minded souls.

At our monthly gatherings, we will flow through:

✨ Meditations to reflect and release

✨Gentle Kundalini yoga practices

✨ Somatic movement to release and flow

✨ A deeply relaxing gong bath and sound healing experience

✨ Opportunities to share and witness each other in a supportive circle

All of our offerings are beginner-friendly, and we encourage you to use the space however you wish, participating as much as you feel comfortable with.
