Squatting in the Urban Room, Mortal Made is bringing Folkestone a drop-in making space for mortals.
In the build up to the winter solstice and catching the lead in to christmasing, this is a space for whoever needs it and those who find it.
An invitation to try your hand at coffin decoration, decorating skull talisman, rituals to pen unsaid goodbyes and plant based odes of remembrance.
There will also be a death library to dig into whilst you visit.
It will be hands on, multi-sensory and very pink!
Designed for all ages, Mortal Making will be supported by a facilitator throughout but encourage independent exploration, discovery and reflection,
