Voice of the Heart 3 dates

A  monthly evening of mantra, kirtan and voicework.

As winter becomes spring, we will explore how our voices can support us as we explore balance between our inner and outer voice and how it brings us into deeper connection with the world .  Through the resonance of mantra and sound, our minds calm and we can listen deep within. Here lies our true voice, our inner voice, when we learn to use that voice to support us , to  take us to a place of peace, clarity and presence . How that voice can be a profound tool for healing and transformation.
