A monthly evening of mantra, kirtan and voicework.
As winter becomes spring, we will explore how our voices can support us as we explore balance between our inner and outer voice and how that brings us into deepened connection with the world . Through the resonance of mantra and sound, our minds calm and we can listen deep within. Here lies our true voice, our inner voice, when we learn to use that voice to support us in our outer life, it takes us to a place of peace, clarity and presence and can be a profound tool for healing and transformation.
