Move, breathe and connect to your body’s natural rhythm in the heart of Hampstead Heath.
Gemma (@gemflows_) will guide a vinyasa flow, weaving movement with nature connection. This session invites fun and play into the usual yoga sequence while connecting you to your body’s inner flow state, grounded by nature!
