We will engage in exercises that cultivate a profound awareness of consent – empowering you to recognize and articulate both your "no" and your "yes."

We will also explore introductory neo-tantra connection games and exercises that gently invite you to open up, communicate authentically, and embrace your true self. Our intention is to create a space where everyone feels seen, loved, and accepted for exactly who they are, without the need for pretense.
