Welcome to reRooted: a Summer solstice day retreat

Join us at the beautiful OrganicLea for a day of reflection, connection and renewal in nature as we mark the turning point of the year - the Summer solstice.

This retreat is an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself. We’ll open the day with yoga and embodied movement to ground and connect with our bodies, followed by a cacao ritual and space for journaling or creative expression.

A light Ayurvedic lunch will be provided in the dappled shade of the Oak Grove. The afternoon will include gentle purification practices and vocal toning, accompanied by the sounds of nature and live sacred instruments.

Together, we’ll honour the energy of the Solstice—celebrating light, growth, and presence—while sharing time with a like-minded community in a calm, nourishing setting.

Your facilitators:

Eliza is an artist, educator and astrologer. She is of South American and Slavic heritage. After her own journey of self healing, she facilitates therapeutic art and astrology workshops.

Rooted in somatic healing and shaped by Shaiva Tantra and Mahayana Buddhist traditions, Nadia offers accessible, meditative spaces for students to reconnect with themselves and awaken to transformation.

Kiran SKG: Facilitator of Ayurveda & Naad (sound), guiding participants through food choices, herbal enhancements, and participatory self-healing through sound generation.

Sabina is a life long student + teacher of the yoga tradition, dedicated to preserving the decolonised practices that have been passed down through oral tradition for spiritual liberation, weaving these practices with sound.
