Sambaddha means connection in Sanskrit.

This practice consists of everything the human bodymind needs; Yin Yoga, Breath-work, Free Movement, Shaking, Primal Sounding, Mandala Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation & all to beautiful deeply connected soulful music that helps to assist you to feel through all of the elements on that journey.

It is the first structured somatic trauma informed practice and will help you tap into your wild primal essence.

 

 

About Your Facilitator - Sara Fakih

Sara Fakih is an international yoga/somatic/dance teacher with over 800hrs of training. She also holds healing circles and facilitates dance experiences, journeys & cacao ceremonies.

Creatrix of Sambaddha The Practice, Sara is a Yoga, Somatic & Movement teacher, A Maturation & Embodiment coach, Sound practitioner, Empowerment guide, Freedom explorer & Medicine woman. She firmly believes in helping others to become more connected to the wisdom of their bodies and to feel more whilst healing their nervous systems.

Anybody who resonates with the experience of the embodied feminine is welcome to attend. LGBTQIA+ friendly. 

All experience levels will be catered for and movements can be adapted to suit those with limited mobility. Come along and shake your booty
