Join me for an online grief circle where we can bring our grief to be seen, heard and held.
Christmas can be triggering for anyone, especially if you are grieving.
The grief circle is a space whee you can be present with your grief, to feel it and heal it.
It could be the loss of a person, place, health, relationship, anything.
All grief is welcome and valid.
Book a ticket, find a cozy spot, light a candle, bring a cup of tea.
