GUIDELINES & CONTAINER

At our events, we create a safe, held and sacred spaces for self-expression through free-form dance and movement. Using embodiment practices which bring awareness to and connects together heart, mind, body and soul; authentically connecting with your whole self and authentically connecting with others.

Our events our inclusive. All people and all abilities are welcome.

We will be using the following guidelines for this unique event, to create a held space for you to express the full spectrum of yourself, to express your uniqueness and to experience rejuvenation through movement, dance and sound:

- be free: dance & be how you want / no judgement
- be consensual: respect personal space & boundaries of self & others

On-street parking in the surrounding neighbourhood of Redland. Parking is free during weekends.

WHAT TO BRING

- your own water bottle & plenty of drinking water
- your own cup / mug to use for drinks from the BAR
- dress in layers & according to the weather
- something to sit on for the BANQUET (cushion, sheepskin, blanket or similar)
- something to lie on for the SOUND BATH (sheepskin, blanket, yoga mat or similar)
- cash for BAR, CAFÉ & STALLS (some vendors accept card payments)

REFUNDS

We don't offer refunds, so if you can't attend the event, you can sell your ticket via the ‘BRISTOL MUSIC, DANCE & SOUND’ community group on Signal (please email OSARA for the link).

If the event is cancelled for any reason, all tickets holders will receive a full refund.
