Come and experience a Gong Bath in the beautiful Wolves Lane Cactus House. Taking place on the night after the Full Moon in Aries, this is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect  yourself with the natural world, and to immerse yourself in the vibrational fields of the gongs and these beautiful cacti.

This unique event is not your usual gong bath setting. Lit only by candlelight, we will embark on a deep voyage with the sounds of gongs, Himalayan bowls, flutes and traditional whistles from Mexico. The cacti will lend us protection and inspire adaptability and endurance in our lives. Afterwards there will be time to share a cup of warm tea together and ground before departing.

More about cacti: Cacti hold significant cultural and spiritual meanings in millennial pre-Columbian civilizations, Mexican, and Native American folklore, symbolizing protection, resilience, and strength. They are seen as sacred plants inhabited by spirits that guard people and land. Meditating on cacti can inspire calmness and remind us of our ability to endure challenges. The nopal cactus, a symbol of Mexico, embodies endurance in harsh conditions and serves as a protector against negative energies. Its tough exterior and vibrant interior reflect strength and beauty, emphasizing growth and renewal in difficult times.

More about gong baths: For those who have not been to a gong bath before, it is helpful to know that they promote relaxation, reduce stress, and can stimulate altered states of consciousness. Benefits notable include relief from anxiety, better sleep, released emotional blockages, and improved focus. They also help slow down your heart and respiration rates, and increase nitric oxide levels. Entrainment, or synchronizing brainwaves with gong frequencies, can create overall harmony within the body. It is within these deep states that we are able to access self-healing and bring about an inner equilibrium between body, mind and spirit. No two ceremonies are quite the same, so leave expectations behind and surrender to the sound and trust in the process.

Testimonials:

Helen - Surrounded by the cactus beings of Wolves Lane, connecting to the desert habitat and allowing the vibrations of the gongs to wash over me, I was transported and soothed into other worldly landscapes. I walked on air for the next few days!

Marko - Ensomble’s magic allows you to reset your body and mind on a molecular and spiritual level!

Roy - I felt transported physically, mentally and spiritually. I was amazed by the peacefulness, clarity of mind, well being, and grounded sensation I experienced.

What you need to know:

* Arrive on time - doors will open at 7pm and the gong bath will commence at 7.30pm. Late comers will not be able to gain entrance.

* Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are not provided, please bring your own. You will be lying on the gravel paths between the cacti in an unheated greenhouse, so warm clothes, blankets and yoga mats are essential for your own comfort. (If possible, avoid sleeping bags, as they tend to make a noise.)

* Wear comfortable, warm clothing, as body temperature tends to drop in states of deep relaxation.

* Warm socks are highly recommended.

* Avoid drinking alcohol, caffeine and eating a heavy meal before the event.

* Avoid wearing noisy jewelry and strong perfumes

* Unfortunately refunds and transfers are not possible, but do pass on your ticket to a friend.
