This gives us an opportunity to connect deeply with those who have walked the earth before us, to seek their guidance and healing. 

The retreat offers a nurturing space in which to engage with the powerful world of plants, guided by an experienced practitioner, facilitator, and the plants themselves. You will be safely mentored during your stay to ensure you get the most from this deep, transformative experience. 

Plant ceremonies offer a direct way of connecting with the spirit of the plant to let healing and transformation occur. Plants have unique ways of dreaming that can open us to the unseen world, where we can meet and understand their conscious intelligence, and bring us wisdom and healing on many levels. Healing that can help in dealing with past trauma, anxieties, negative thought forms and processes, and encourage spiritual growth and new, healthy relationships with ourselves and others.
