IN PERSON Embodied Movement/ Ecstatic Dance.

Ecstatic Dance is a safe non judgemental, sober space to move your body in whatever way it needs to release stress and stuck emotions, enjoy play and a deep embodied sense of liberation in our adult bodies.

In many cultures around the world its 'normal' to find people dancing freely to lively music in the streets.

Guided by a specially curated journey of music and sound at this Embodied Movement gathering this is your space to move your body and reconnect to parts of yourself you don't get to experience in day to day life.

Experience a deeper sense of aliveness through movement and sound and a deeper sense of safety and freedom in your own body.

630-650 - Opening Circle with Embodied Mindfulness warm up to connect deeper to our bodies and ease into the dance.

7pm-830 Embodied Movement and Ecstatic Dance

830-850 Closing Circle and Fruit Social

'My first time experiencing Ecstatic dance was in 2019 prior to that my only reference to Dance was two stepping in night clubs in Bedford, cautious of how I looked, on my nights out as a teenager.

I had an incredible experience of dropping out of my head into my body. My body started moving to the sounds of the music as if it had a life of its own.  Learning to move freely on the dance floor , taking up space no matter who's around and to play freely has helped  me do the same in facing the challenges of life and I haven't looked back since.' - Jonathan Green Embodied Movement and Mindfulness Facilitator Certified Life Coach 10+ Years.

At a beautiful venue out by the lakes in Little Paxton, Cambridgeshire 25 minutes Drive from Bedford.

Join our WhatsApp Group and let us know if you need a lift from Bedford.

What to Bring: A mug, no shoes, loose comfortable clothing.

PS: The photo of me dancing freely was expertly captured at another event.
