Join us for a deeply restorative sound healing and energy healing session at the Tara Yoga Centre. Relax, release, and rejuvenate as you're guided through a transformative experience designed to bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.

Sound healing has been known to balance the nervous system, improve sleep, and clear energetic blockages, allowing you to feel more grounded and centered.

While you're bathed in sound, you will also receive gentle Reiki healing and Vortex healing. Both energy healing modalities work to support your body’s natural healing abilities, clear stagnant energy, and restore vitality. Reiki helps reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional tension by channeling universal life force energy to where it’s needed most, while Vortex healing assists in releasing deeply held patterns and blockages from the body and energy field, accelerating personal transformation and spiritual growth.
