SPIRIT Singing Circle with Megs Emrys

Join me for a nourishing evening using our voices and breath to connect with our bodies, hearts and each other.

After grounding into the space with a breathing meditation, we will be humming, toning, learning simple melodies and harmonies, freeing our voices and bathing in the sounds we create. This is an opportunity to use your voice and breath to find healing and restoration. We will close the session with tea and reflections. 

Singing, especially in group, can release uplifting and bonding hormones like endorphins and oxytocin. I'm passionate about sharing tools to allow everyone to tap into this wonderful resource. Connecting with our bodies and dropping into our lower brain wave frequencies is so important in a society that is often very fast-paced and adrenalin-fuelled. In this deeper state of relaxation you are able access the bodies natural ability to heal, reset and also find clarity and new perspectives.
