This is the first of a series of half- day Family Constellations Workshops in Cardiff. Workshop will be held bi-monthly and each is a stand alone event.
Family Constellations recognises that the issues you face as an individual are not always solely personal. They can stem from the family and other systems that you belong to. Secrets, unresolved trauma and hidden loyalties can create entanglements within the family system, impacting the well being of individuals.
Family Constellations is a unique method to free you from the damaging patterns, behaviours and emotions that you have unconsciously taken on from the family.
