Ash at Sense, Circle & Breath invites you to another gentle yet profound exploration of breath, circle, and sensory awareness, in alignment with the natural cycles of the year. This session, inspired by the dreamy, contemplative energy of the winter solstice—the longest and most ‘yin’ night of the year—guides us into the quietest, most introspective part of the seasonal wheel.

During this gathering, we will reflect on how we can embrace the season’s call to rest and restore, creating space to open more fully to the deeper stillness and renewal that winter invites.

This may not be the reality for most this time of year! So this session will provide a soothing space for you to retreat, slow down and anchor back to self during the festive season.

Designed to honor the uniqueness and nuance of your nervous system, this experience encourages each participant to move at their own pace, while feeling supported and held within the collective energy of the group. Through somatic practices, gentle embodied movement, breathwork, and ritual, we will create a nurturing environment to explore and witness whatever is ready to emerge.

What to expect:

  • Opening circle & intention setting
  • Embodiment practice & solstice ritual
  • Introduction to Conscious Connected Breath  (If you've practiced before, come with a beginner's mind!)
  • 45 minute guided breath journey with carefully curated music
  • Extended group integration with herbal tea & snacks

How to prepare yourself:

  • Bring anything that makes you feel warm, comfortable & cosy
  • An eye mask is useful (but not necessary) for your breath journey
  • Bring a journal & pen
  • Do not eat anything within 2 hours of the session
