The Breath Retreat – embodied breathwork, yoga and meditation in nature

Join us in this beautiful, wild setting to dive deep into the power of breath, connection and community. Our facilitators draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer a range of practices including breathwork, meditation, yoga & movement, authentic relating, and nature-based connection.

The space will be safe and nurturing, allowing you to unwind and explore your edges at your own pace. Alongside the group teachings, personalised guidance will be given to support your journey and help you develop your personal practice.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings, swim in the lakes and connect around the fire. Most importantly, we will have time to laugh, play, dance and reconnect to the simple joy of being together in nature.

Hazel Bugler: Breath instructor, Chiropractor, Yoga facilitator, classes, retreats and teacher training with Yogasara, Director of Bristol Yoga Roots Project

James Dunn: Breath instructor and yoga facilitator offering classes, workshops, retreats, and corporate wellbeing

Kathleen Downie: Breath instructor, yoga teacher, embodied movement, creativity, relational practices, expression and play., sensemaking and critical thinking enthusiast.

Isabel Tew: Breath instructor, Wellbeing educator, Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, author and illustrator of Breath Cards, workshop facilitator

Christopher Gladwell: Starting his career as a biologist with a passion for how we’ve evolved, Christopher has spent his life been bringing together and teaching breath, body and mind practices in an elegant and practical way. Teaching people to channel how we evolve ourselves and our lives moving forward to powerfully transform and free themselves from limitation, with greater levels of consciousness and care. Through Conscious Breath techniques, Engaged Bodywise Yoga and training our brains through Mind Mastery.
