Running Order of the Evening:

• 7.30pm - Welcome and grounding meditation
• 8.00pm - Introduction to shamanic drumming
• 8.15pm - Guided drumming sessions led by Nigel and Christian
• 9.00pm - Sharing and integration circle
• 9.30pm - Vegan, gluten-free supper (included)

Notes on instruments

A number of instruments will be provided by Nigel and Christian for use in the circle. You are welcome to use one of these. If you have your own instrument (drum or rattle) please bring this along with you and select the ticket option that reflects this.

Accessibility & Cost of Living

This venue does not currently have accessible toilet facilities and they are seeking to change this. Until then, we are seeking other spaces to host events to ensure as many as possible can attend and that things remain affordable.
