An ancient Yogic detoxification technique, Sanka Praksalana is a powerful, simple purification practice that can be done easily in your own home. This is an online event.

Unlike colonic irrigation, enemas or other modern procedures that only cleanse the large intestine, sanka praksalana cleans the entire digestive system. It is a genuine, inexpensive yogic alternative to colonic hydrotherapy, and offers many benefits, such as weight loss, clearer skin, diminishing symptoms of IBS and eliminating toxins.
