We’re inviting you to join us in a ritual to help us reflect on the Fall 🍂 season and mark the transition into the Winter ❄️, held in a supportive women’s circle.  

The winter season reminds us about the value of pausing activity, retreating inward and listening to the subtle messages and inspiration that emerge from our depths.  

The winter energy invites us to explore our relationship to our inner world, emptiness, visioning, and death

The parallel to the winter season is the menstruation phase of our monthly cycle when the endometrium is shedding and a new cycle begins. 

This  2-hour  experience will welcome you into a guided reflection in connection with other women, and open the space for you to design your ritual to transition into the winter season consciously and intentionally. 
 

This ritual is for you if: 

  • You’re curious or passionate about living aligned with natural cycles and you would like to be connected while putting it into practice
  • You’d like to feel clearer about what the winter season means for you and how you want to connect with it
  • You’ve been experiencing burnout or disconnection from yourself and would like to realign by finding  a meaningful and attuned intention for the next 3 months
  • You’d like to connect with other women who are on a journey of self-exploration and cyclical living 
     

The Experience: 

  • Landing Circle - to check in and explore what winter means to each of us
  • Embodiment - to tune in with your body's energy at this transitional point
  • Exploration and Reflection -  what has Fall brought to you? what has emerged?
  • Going Inward -  what are the whispers and intuitions that emerge when you slow down and listen?
  • Intention-setting - how does your energy want to be directed in the coming months?

What to bring? 

  • A journal, something to write or draw with
  • Clothes that are comfortable to move in; something you feel warm in and ready to cosy up
  • Some item that feels associated with the essence of the winter season
  • A warming tea, perhaps with fresh ginger or warming spices


As you’re in preparation for this, keep these questions present with you:

  • What does the idea of Winter bring up for you? Any words, feelings, memories, colors?
  • How did you feel this Fall? What are some things that happened? What new intuitions did you gain?
  • What are some themes you’re drawn to explore in the coming winter season?
