Womb Circle: MCA and Herbalism

Calling all menstruators and womb-bearers out there. On Sunday the 11th of August, join me, Martyna, your Menstrual Cycle Coach & Guide, of The Kind Space, and Brittney, a Menstrual Doula and Herbalist, of With Moon for an afternoon Womb Circle themed around MCA (menstrual cycle awareness) and herbalism. 

Together we bring you an afternoon break, filled with nourishment and transformation, where you will get to connect with the wisdom keepers within - our wombs, and explore what summer, both external, and that of our cycles, means for us and our continuous becoming, both through menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) and herbalism. 

Our womb, the origin of all creation, the root of the divine feminine, the source and the keeper of our power and deeply transformative and creative energies. I believe that by allowing ourselves to connect with this sacred cave, we gain more clarity and become more attuned to ourselves and others. This circle is themed around the ovulatory phase of our cycle, or the inner summer. If you're not menstruating, but cycling with the moon, you're also most welcome in this space.

In this 90 minutes session you’ll experience:

• An overview of the summer season of your cycle
• An introduction to using herbs to nurture yourself in this season
• A yoga nidrā (yogic sleep) taster
• An opportunity to connect with like-minded souls in a brave and encouraging space

I believe that we thrive in togetherness, and my intention is for you to leave this evening feeling calm and supported. The Kind Space aims to be a holding container, where all parts of you are welcome.

The energy exchange is £20, but to allow for access across the globe, we also have a donation ticket option.
