Join this six-week online exploration of feeling - something we do all day long with varying degrees of consciousness. We'll dive into six fundamental emotions to see how they affect our mind, body and nervous system:

Fear. Anger. Grief. Shame. Love, and Joy.

You'll learn to recognise the physical sensations associated with these feelings and techniques to process them in your daily life. Also learning what happens when we suppress feeling — what happens to our body, thoughts and behaviours as a result.

Work on feeling your feelings rather than just talking about them.

Release tension and trauma, process difficult emotions, and cultivate a greater sense of alignment and resilience. Welcome receiving more joy and connection by expanding your capacity to feel and process all emotion!

1 x 30min 1-on-1 coaching call with me

6 x 90min live sessions online held weekly. Each week, we'll blend educational insights with practical exercises to deepen your understanding and processing of each emotion. Each session typically includes: 

  • nervous system and psychological education
  • somatic awareness practice
  • breathwork journey,
  • embodiment practices

6 x recordings of each weekly session

1 x guided breathwork & embodiment meditation for daily practice
