If your life feels a bit heavy going and tedious and you've lost your sparkle... You need Nature Play for Grown Ups!

A juicy blend of nature therapy, human connection, elemental magic and tapping into your primordial mischief and wisdom.

We welcome all of you, the order and the chaos, the light and the dark, all parts are welcome to join the playtime. With the container agreement of reverence and care for each other and the land.
Play sessions are gently guided with space for time on your own, sharing with others and allowing our body intelligence and creativity to co-craft the unfolding together. Think Sacred Earth ritual, but with lots of giggling and adventure.

Nature Play for Grown Ups is where we get to be our weird and wonderous authentic selves, without the trying too hard or seeking healing. Which paradoxically can unlock big inner shifts, as we have dropped into an ease and spaciousness about things.

Whatever unfolds, the intention is you go home feeling more yourself, more connected and more lit up by the magic in life again.
