Experience two guided sound journies, one week apart to explore sound for sleep and self-restoration.
Double Session Reflection Soundbath Sleep Study
You’re warmly invited to join this special series of Reflection Soundbath Sleep Studies held at The Harbour, Totterdown—a beautiful and calming venue in South Bristol.
This session is part of a two-part case study I’m facilitating as a student practitioner with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST). The focus of this study is to explore the impact of reflective soundbaths on sleep and rest quality—and your participation will support both your own wellbeing and pioneering therapeutic research.
You will need to book onto both sessions to particiapte; Thursday 3rd July & Friday 11th July. Both session will begin at 7pm.
What is a Reflection Soundbath?
A Reflection Soundbath uses carefully chosen therapeutic instruments and reflective techniques to help ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for insight, rest, and release.
This particular format is gentle and nurturing—perfect for those looking to wind down, soften internal noise, and support sleep from the inside out.
Each session will close with a short guided reflection to help you integrate what arises during the sound journey.
What’s involved in the sleep study?
To take part, you will need to attend two soundbath sessions held one week apart. You’ll also be asked to complete a short questionnaire before your first session and again after your second. These forms are simple and confidential, with your personal data used solely for data entry and never shared publicly.
The study is part of official BAST research. When published, results will appear on www.britishacademyofsoundtherapy.com, and through their newsletter if you subscribe.
Your participation helps create a clearer understanding of how sound therapy might support those struggling with sleep—thank you for being part of this.
