WE LOOK FORWARD TO SHARING THIS SPACE WITH YOU AND WEAVING THE LIGHT TOGETHER THROUGH A GORGEOUS SELECTION OF OFFERINGS.  AS WE COME TOGETHER TO CELEBRATE THIS NATURAL AWAKENING AND EXPLORE WHAT IT MEANS TO EMBRACE OUR CYCLICAL NATURE.

Snowdrops, crocuses and daffodils are unfolding into the new light as the seasons turns. Snowy white, violet blue, and bright yellow colours flicker through the lands.
The sun regains its height, wet ground begins to shimmer with green, the smell of earthly tones fills the air, and the dew glistens in the morning light. This natural cycle reminds us that after death, life comes again. From the dark incubation of Winter, comes the dancing light of Spring. 

We will explore questions without a need to find concrete answers, living the questions and allowing them to gently blossom into guidance when the time is right.

This beautiful offering has the intention to give space, by holding you within the foundations of practices that will allow the creative process to unfold through journalling and reflective thought.  A therapeutic inspired setting we aim to explore Embodied Vinysasa, Yoga Nidra, Partner/body Work, Mantra, Story Telling and Sound. 

We  would love to come together to share this time of year as we emerge from the darkness into the light, we still have a few places left.
