Nestled in the embrace of the black mountains, a 75 minute drive from Bristol, this retreat offers an opportunity to reflect and reconnect. Through a harmonious blend of movement, breathwork and meditation, we invite you to playfully explore your edges and nurture your capacity for rest and rejuvenation. 

As experienced yoga facilitators with additional expertise in chiropractic, breathwork and neuroscience, we bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our inclusive teaching style ensures that everyone can benefit from the practices.

Our intention is for you to leave feeling renewed, centred, and ready to embrace the beauty of the present moment.

Example daily schedule

8am: Meditation, journaling & breathwork 

9:15am: Breakfast 

10:30: Dynamic flow yoga into restorative 

1pm: Lunch 

2pm: Free time - hike, hot tub 

5pm: Workshop*

7pm: Dinner 

8:30pm: Fireside chats under the stars 

*Possible workshops: embodied breathwork, myofascial release, cold water immersion
