Cacao, Breathwork, Somatic Release & Ecstatic Dance

Dance through the portal of your heart and into the deeper truth of your soul. 

Guided by Peruvian Cacao, shamanic intention work, a guided breathwork journey, somatic trauma release work and dancing to release and reconnect, we will dive deep within to access the bliss and ecstasy that's already available to us when we listen. 

In just over 2 hours, you will release fears stored in your subconscious and body and move deeper into a reality rooted in Love and connection, aligning to the embodiment of your heart and soul's truth and enticing you to step into it. Join us to shake off stagnancy and dance into joy and bliss. 

Known by the Mayans as the drink of the Gods, cacao is renowned for its heart opening and spiritual and bodily connection abilities. We will be working with cacao sustainably sourced from the Peruvian Amazon. Come together and tune into her medicine for an initiation into Love.

Your Facilitator:

Laura has facilitated with Psychedelic Society for almost 8 years. Over a decade of working with shamanic plant medicine, techniques and dietas inspired her offering transformational spaces designed to explore the darker parts of our psyche in order to experience deeper love, expansion and liberation. 

In 2012, she travelled the Americas working in NGOs focusing on ecological sustainability before discovering the ancient keys to the psyche found in the plants of the rainforest. Experiencing a deeper sense of reality inspired the creation of transformative arts company Infinite Experience, who travelled the world with their interactive theatre piece designed to transcend separateness. She now holds workshops, ceremonies, retreats and 1-1 sessions designed to connect people to their deeper essence guided by her experience and years of training in healing modalities.

• Craniosacral therapy training - 1 year (in progress - CCST) in depth work with the Nervous System (anatomy & pathology); trauma informed study

• Reclaiming your six body wisdom areas course with Suzanne Scurlock

• 10 years working with shamanic diets, techniques and practice 

• Masters in Acting from East 15 (Alexandra technique; somatic practice & training; Meisner technique; physical theatre; body connection work; Clown studies; Bouffon)

• BA (hons) Philosophy and Theology - consciousness studies/metaphysics - University of Nottingham and Melbourne
