This gentle offering weaves together the meditative practice of yin yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ and deeply relaxing breathwork, guided by Serafina, with the healing vibrations of a sound bath 🔮, lovingly led by Angelica.

Yin yoga invites you to slow down and soften — opening the body through long-held, supported postures 🕊️. Serafina will also guide you through calming breath practices to help soothe the nervous system and bring you into deeper presence with your body and spirit.

As you melt into stillness, Angelica’s sound bath will carry you even deeper — using singing bowls, chimes, and a gong to create a powerful field of vibrational healing, release, and energetic harmony ✨.

Specialising in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, she helps individuals integrate breathwork and movement into their lives to achieve inner harmony and self-awareness. With a background in Yin Yoga, Serafina combines slow, mindful movement with deep breathing techniques and sound to restore energy, foster mindfulness, and promote relaxation. She’s currently expanding her expertise in energy therapy to further support healing, alignment, and personal growth.

Angelica

Angelica is a gifted sound practitioner who weaves gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments into deeply soothing soundscapes. Their intuitive and heart-led approach creates a safe space for relaxation, energetic alignment, and inner healing.
