In this workshop participants will be introduced to the main principles of Mindfulness, the basic exercises, and simple ways to incorporate it into your daily life.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing our awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting our feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
It is a practice that allows us to get to know ourselves on a more fundamental level. It is also used as a therapeutic practice.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in Mindfulness and wants to experience it, but may have little to no knowledge of the ins and outs, as well as practitioners who wish to connect in a Mindful space.
