One in five people are highly sensitive, are you?
Do you have a rich and complex inner life?
Are you easily overwhelmed?
Do you take on the emotions of other people?
Being highly sensitive affects everything from work to sex to taking psychedelics.
20% of people have a nervous system wired to be more sensitive, making us more attuned to the subtleties of our environment, and able to process information more deeply. This is a superpower! But we can experience it as sensory overwhelm in a world not set up for us.
Find out more about being highly sensitive and take the test here: https://www.boehuntress.com/home/hellosensitive

Meet Your Guide: Boe Huntress
I am a thriving highly sensitive person. I have been a facilitator of groups for over ten years, running womxn's groups, co-gender groups, screen addiction courses, archetype courses and mentoring. I have done a foundation course with the British Psychotherapy Foundation on Jungian theory and a foundation in Group Analysis. I was the Artist in Residence at Union Chapel (London) for five years, making multi-disciplinary immersive events.
I am a group facilitator and guide, not a therapist. I hold spaces to support people to engage healthily with their emotions and inner life. I have personally been on a journey as a highly sensitive person and feel in a place where I can support others to do the same.

Boe was a fantastic course leader and put everyone at ease right from the beginning. She had so much useful information on the topic and also inspirational and motivational things to say. I felt heard and accepted in the group and it was so good just to know that other people are going through the same or similar struggles with screen addictions. I have been inspired to make changes in my life around my screen usage and put that down to my participation in this course. I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to wrench back control of their life from the dominance of screens.

This was a hugely insightful and multi-layered course that supported me in both seeing, understanding and reflecting my patterns and habits with mobile phone use as well as bring the learnings into practice and establish new habits.

Boe is a wonderful, kind and experienced facilitator who carefully guided us through 4 weeks of exploitative work around the when, where and why we all use screen time so much. On top of this, I walked away with a lot of really practical tips and techniques, which I was tangibly able to put into practice. 100% recommend.

This course was more than I could have hoped for, wise in its simplicity and something about Boe just had me taking the steps gently and easily. It's a holistic and kind approach to an addiction many of us are challenged by, being able to talk openly with others who felt similarly really helped everything click into place on this journey towards using my phone rather than it using me.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is using screens more than their ideal. It can be as life-changing as you want to make it. Boe is an excellent facilitator who has clearly put lots of love and care into the planning. She gives super-helpful tools, suggestions and insights and provides inspiration for where it is possible to get to.
