Our voice is our truest essence. It's one of our greatest forms of expression and the mode by which we speak our truth. And yet most of us find the idea of public speaking or singing terrifying.

This workshop is a gentle way of opening up and connecting deeply to ourselves and nourishing the connection to our voice so we can harness the power it holds.

In this session we will:

  • Explore and rediscover the healing and soothing nature of our own authentic voices
  • Journey into the transformative power of sound
  • Connect deeply to our hearts and explore our true expression

We will explore ways to let go of fear, connect to ourselves and each other, and bathe in our collective sound. We will begin with Qi Gong before moving gently into toning, song, harmony and movement.

No singing experience is required. All are welcome to explore and discover their authentic voice.

’As someone who usually only sings in the shower and is mortified to be overheard, I enjoyed Tallulah’s Harmonia workshop more than I could have believed possible! She is a wonderful facilitator, grounded, encouraging and loving. Under her guidance, I connected with my voice in a new way which I feel inspired to keep exploring and the whole group left the session humming and smiling’

What a delicious experience! So novel and liberating to be able to just make any sort of vocal sound in the company of other people doing the same. And surprisingly intimate too - how we each sound reflects how we feel and then we can hear how other people feel and we can react to that, try to harmonise, make space for it, reinforce it, whatever. And the whole time we were all co-creating this magical sound. The world needs more of this!

I went in expecting nothing for the event and was pleasantly surprised how good it made me feel once I left my anxieties and judgments at the door. Stefano made the group feel comfortable and never felt like anything was rushed. Was quite emotional for me surprisingly but a lovely container was built so it was lovely experience.

It was beautifully put together and guided. A wonderful space created for us to let loose a little.

Talullah is a gifted facilitator. The workshop had lots of really practical tips. It blended playful interaction while the participants were invited to express and witness their inner emotional journey during the process. As a hypnotherapist, I often help people with self-esteem, so I love her song 'I am enough'. To actually sing the words is powerful medicine and therapy, so I fully recommend anyone to experience this.
