Many people are plagued with inner criticism that prevents them from ever picking up the paintbrush.
That’s all about to change…
Whether totally new and clueless on how to start, or a seasoned artist ready to shake things up - this workshop will get the juices flowing.
Intuitive painting is the process of being guided by our body and our feelings, overcoming fear and judgment, in order to explore the joyous freedom of self expression.
We are less interested in the outcome of the finished painting, and more interested in the feeling and the experience of painting from an intuitive and uninhibited state.

Through a series of embodiment practices and meditations supported by music, we will guide you into a free flow state (often known as “the zone”) from which an abundance of creativity springs forth.
We’ll create both collaboratively in groups, and on your own. And really the key here is all about having fun, experimenting and learning how to express your inner world through visual art.
All levels of experience are welcome, and we will provide all materials needed, so come join us for an evening of exploration, fun and creativity!
“Wow I still can’t get over how wonderful this experience was, I felt like I traveled to a new place “ Jaclyn S.

About the facilitators
We completed the Women’s Circle Facilitator Training through the Psychedelic Society and led by Gaia Harvey Jackson.
Our is to provide communities with safe spaces for creative empowerment, where they can cultivate connection and confidence in themselves with the support of a group.
In our workshops, we use tools of meditation, embodiment, and self-reflection with a special focus on bringing back the attention to our bodies and engaging the senses.
As intuitive artists and facilitators, we love bringing these two passions together.
Orsolya Szeverics
Orshi has been actively experimenting with personal growth practices for nearly a decade. Diverted from working in healthcare a few years ago and forging her own path of supporting people with a key focus on mental and emotional health through creative liberation. With this work, participants can cultivate a deeper awareness of themselves and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
Mar Estarellas
Mar is a PhD student at UCL and part of the Equality, Diversion and Inclusion committee, where she does workshops and talks to raise awareness of the importance of cyclical living for wellbeing in the workplace. With a passion for neuroscience, she is interested in researching the mind-body-nature connection and altered states of consciousness through natural means. She also has experience in Kundalini Yoga and the Wim Hof Method.

What a delicious experience! So novel and liberating to be able to just make any sort of vocal sound in the company of other people doing the same. And surprisingly intimate too - how we each sound reflects how we feel and then we can hear how other people feel and we can react to that, try to harmonise, make space for it, reinforce it, whatever. And the whole time we were all co-creating this magical sound. The world needs more of this!

I went in expecting nothing for the event and was pleasantly surprised how good it made me feel once I left my anxieties and judgments at the door. Stefano made the group feel comfortable and never felt like anything was rushed. Was quite emotional for me surprisingly but a lovely container was built so it was lovely experience.

Talullah is a gifted facilitator. The workshop had lots of really practical tips. It blended playful interaction while the participants were invited to express and witness their inner emotional journey during the process. As a hypnotherapist, I often help people with self-esteem, so I love her song 'I am enough'. To actually sing the words is powerful medicine and therapy, so I fully recommend anyone to experience this.
