Online Breathwork & Sound Bath Journey (replay available)

Join breathwork practitioner, Nakita, and sound therapist, Rounik, for an online circle of relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. The workshop will be recorded (only the facilitators), and made available for 7 days after the session.

You will be guided on a journey beyond time and mind, during which we will activate and receive the wisdom of the body. Journeying tools include vibrational healing in the form of guided breathwork followed by a sound bath. This combination of breathing sound medicine allows for deep release, rest, reprogramming, and renewal on a cellular and energetic level.
