Awaken the senses and cultivate your connection to self and the natural world through creative expression

Numerous studies have shown that engaging in creative activities, such as making art, has positive effects on our mental health, well-being, and even cognitive function.

When combined with a connection to nature, the benefits are even more pronounced, as spending time in natural environments has been shown to reduce stress and improve mood.

Our bodies are also an essential part of this equation, as they influence our perceptions and experiences of the world around us. By engaging in creative activities in natural environments, we may experience a heightened sense of awareness and connection to our surroundings, leading to a deeper sense of self-discovery and personal growth.

Through the process of making art in nature, we will explore how this liminal space can foster personal growth and transformation, through connection with ourselves, others and Nature. We will learn how to embrace the uncertainty of this space and use it to our advantage, tapping into our inner creativity and unlocking our full potential.

In this workshop, we will combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises to help you connect with nature, enhance your creativity, and promote a sense of harmony between your mind and body. You will learn how to use natural materials in your art and explore how the physical act of creating art can facilitate a deeper connection with your environment.

Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting out, this workshop will help you tap into your own innate creativity and use it to connect with the world around you in new and meaningful ways.
