An evening of gentle meditation guided by the sound of the gong. The event will take place in the beautiful Mahala store in Crouch End. Seated on various comforting cushions and rugs, participants will be guided through some breathing techniques to ground, relax and still the mind. Each session is unique, focusing on specific chakras and parts of the body, depending on the phase of the moon. Utilizing a combination of techniques, such as mudra (hand and finger positions), drishti (eye position), mantra (chanting), visualization and, of course the sound of the gong, we will enter a space of deep meditation. No experience is necessary, just an open mind and heart. The evening concludes with the sharing of tea, optional oracle cards and conversation.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
Philip
“Listen to the sound of waves within you.” Rumi
“Gong is the sound that projects you out of your realm to the Infinity.” Yogi Bhajan

Testimonials:
Roy - I felt transported physically, mentally and spiritually. I was amazed by the peacefulness, clarity of mind, well being, and grounded sensation I experienced.
Laura - It's helped move me to a place of deep relaxation at the time of the sessions and I've noticed a real feeling of peace and calm afterwards, with an ongoing feeling of gratitude for things and with a more positive ‘can do’ attitude.
