Ecstatic Dance X Contact Improv 4 : ANIMAL MAYHEM!!! (Sat 4th Nov 2023, 7:00pm)

Let your inner animal run free the way you know it desperately needs.

You're invited to dress as an animal (in the spirit of Halloween!) to connect you to the energy you want to bring.

First, you'll be guided through a playful, sensory, animalistic contact improv wonderland by Valerie Sabbah.

Then after being guided to feeling physically and emotionally connected with yourself and other dancers, and tapping into your wild animal spirit, you'll be taken on an Ecstatic Dance journey by DJ Backpack Jesus, finishing with a sound healing.

Note: Costume *not* required. Don't stress about it.

19:00 - Doors open

19:15 - Opening circle

19:30 - Contact improv workshop by Valerie Sabbah

20:15 - Ecstatic Dance led by DJ Backpack Jesus

21:45 - Sound healing

22:00 - Wind down and closing circle

The building that Studio 303 is in closes doors at 6:00pm, but you can enter through Cafe Crêpe next door :)
