I will guide you through transformative practices that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Align your energy centers, release blockages, and cultivate inner peace with this unique blend of ancient healing modalities.

A beginner friendly kundalini yoga sequence with a specific intention for each workshop, we are working on ‘Sparking Your Creativity’ on the 29th of June. The workshop will finish with a restorative and relaxing group reiki healing meditation to allow your body to absorb the effects of the yoga sequence for deep healing.

In a kundalini yoga class you can expect kriyas ( sequence of movement) , chanting, meditation and breathwork.

During the group Reiki meditation session you can expect to experience deep relaxation and a supportive energy that guides itself through the body, where it is most needed. Reiki can be given from a distance and through touch.

These energetic practices work well together in bringing your attention to the body and noticing the subtleties within. Kundalini yoga is referred to as the yoga of awareness and in Reiki Healing , energy flows where it needs to flow to. The combination is a practice of embodiment to increase your wellbeing and sense of fulfilment.
