This makes it a fitting time to initiate new projects and set intentions. It's a moment to release past energies and focus on what you want to grow and nurture in the coming weeks. The new moon also offers a clean slate. With no visible moon in the sky, it's easier to focus on what you want to manifest, taping into our natural cycles, synchronising our personal growth with the rhythms of our hormone cycles & nature.

Participating in group intention-setting practices during the new moon creates a space for shared ritual and ceremony creating a sense of community and collective purpose.
